Lil Wayne talks signing to Jay Z’s Roc Nation (is he signed?), Aaron Hernandez, Cash Money, Prince, and more

Earlier today, Lil Wayne sat down with Skip Bayless for a one on one interview for “Undisputed”, which you can check out below.

During their conversation, Weezy spoke on his Tha Carter III album, his thoughts on Aaron Hernandez committing suicide in jail, the passing of Prince, who he likes more out of Prince and Michael Jackson, the best part about being himself, signing to Jay Z‘s Roc Nation, the Cash Money situation, “No Mercy“, and more.

Skip also called Tunechi a musical genius and explained why he never went and visited Tune in Rikers Island a few years ago. Wayne even revealed that his mother Jacida Carter was in the same classes as Birdman in school!

Lil Wayne is actually smarter than you think, what he’s doing it’s what’s Legal money laundering. He’s going to sell music to Jay-Z, feature spots, instrumentals so on and so forth those can then be compiled into an album put out for release and the publishing can be turned over to someone close to Lil Wayne but not under contract with cash money someone as close as his daughter even.Jay-Z makes money off of it because of his Association and contractual agreements baby ends up receiving rather no more than a glorified finder’s fee. Everyone makes money Smiles all around.
